Here at Haus of Aesthetics we strive for 100% Customer Service satisfaction. Our goal is to treat the areas that bother you the most and make you feel confident, beautiful and youthful. By law in the State of Texas, each and every new client is to undergo a full medical background check that is reviewed and a GFE MUST be completed prior to receiving any treatment or services. The client is required to fill out medical forms and pay a onetime fee of $25 to the NP that that will be completing the GFE. Each patient will be responsible for filling out Medical HX forms that will be submitted to their patient portal to be reviewed and signed off by Dr. Sanjai Isaac. The medical HX will be good as long as no medical hx changes occur but must be renewed yearly. Client must be cleared for all services offered here to receive them. If a GFE is completed and only cleared for one service the client must undergo an additional GFE and pay another $25 fee. If you are on the fence of receiving more than one service, please ensure that you are cleared for ALL services.

Hi, I’m so happy you’re here. My name is Amie, I am a wife, a mom and a Nurse. I have been an RN since 2016. I spent my first 5 years of nursing in the Emergency Department and then I transitioned to Hospice Nursing and while I loved it, there was still just something missing. I was always so intrigued by the beauty Industry, so I tried my hand in Injecting, and I absolutely fell in love! I knew that is exactly what I wanted to do and so I did just that! I started to inject as a side hustle and then I began to feel like God was pulling me in a different direction. A direction that meant I quit my 9-5 Cooperate job of stability and turn to being a self-employed business owner. I did a lot of praying and all the dots just started to align and here I am now. Absolutely LOVING what I do. I have a phenomenal team around me, and Dr. Sanjai Isaac is one of the best physicians to have overshadow every client that walks through my doors. After all, as the old saying goes “If you love what you do you will never have to work a day in your life”

BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND NO CALL NO SHOW
Booking:
Upon booking, each service will require a $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit that will go toward your service the day of your appointment.
Cancellations:
In the event that the you do have to cancel your appointment please give a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment time and the $50 deposit will be transferred to the next scheduled appointment! If a 24 hour notice is not given then the $50 deposit will not be transferable to another appointment date and an additional $50 will required to reschedule. With that being said, We completely understand life happens and emergency’s happen so if that is ever a situation that comes up and you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please just let us know and we will be more than understanding of the situation and will work with you to get you in at the next available appointment.
NO CALL NO SHOW:
No call no show to appointment you will be allowed to reschedule but it will require a $100 deposit that will be used toward your service the day of. If you no call no shows a second time you will not be able to rebook.
